Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

- Tutor No-Show: If the scheduled tutor fails to attend the session.
- Technical Failures: If a session is not conducted due to verified technical issues on our side and rescheduling is not possible.
- Duplicate Payment: In case you are charged more than once for the same booking.
- Booking Error: If you book a session by mistake and request a cancellation at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

- Cancellations requested less than 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- No-shows by students (i.e., the learner does not join the session).
- Dissatisfaction with the tutor without prior consultation or feedback.
- Services already availed (full or partial session completion).

- Registered Email
- Booking ID / Order Number
- Reason for refund request

Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund through our payment gateway Razorpay.
4. Razorpay Payment Gateway Terms
